Can I buy Rush on its own?
No. It is available only alongside a cleanup package, since it changes the turnaround of that package.
When does the 24 hours start?
When we receive your file through the secure upload link after payment. Send it early in the day for the fastest turnaround.
How much does Rush cost?
+$49 or +30% of the package price, whichever is higher. For Starter, Standard, Dedup and Formula Repair & Audit that is +$49. For Premium it is +30%.
Which packages can I rush?
Starter, Standard and Premium Cleanup, Customer List Deduplication and Formula Repair & Audit.
What if my file is over the package limits?
We check it on arrival and tell you before starting. Oversized files are quoted separately and the rush window starts once scope is agreed.
