Questions
How do you decide two contacts are the same person?
We match on email first, then on name plus phone or address. Clear matches are merged. Anything uncertain is listed in a "needs your review" tab rather than merged on a guess.
Which record survives when two are merged?
The most complete and most recent values are kept, and every merge, including the values that were dropped, is recorded in the change log.
What is the contact limit?
Up to 5,000 contacts in a single list. If yours is larger, tell us before you buy and we will quote it.
Do you check whether emails actually work?
No. We fix format and obvious typos but do not send test emails or verify deliverability. A separate email-verification tool is the right fit for that.
How long does it take, and is my data safe?
