Questions
What counts as one sheet?
One worksheet (tab) inside one workbook, up to 1,000 rows. If your file has more tabs or rows, Standard or Premium is a better fit.
Will you delete rows without telling me?
No. Every removed duplicate and every changed value is recorded in the before/after change log, so you can check any decision we made.
What file types do you accept?
Excel (.xlsx, .xls), CSV and Google Sheets (share or export as .xlsx). You get the cleaned file back in the format you sent.
What if my sheet turns out to be bigger than Starter covers?
We check the file when it arrives. If it is over the limits, we tell you before doing any work and suggest the package that fits. You never pay for work that was not done.
How long does it take?
